Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please carefully consider your purchase before placing your order, including the product, colour, size and quantity selected.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange simply because you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, no longer require the item or have found the item elsewhere.

Custom & Personalised Items

Custom and personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind under any circumstances.

This includes items that have been made, ordered, altered or personalised specifically for you, including custom colours, names, wording, designs, sizes or other requested modifications.

Please check all details carefully before confirming a custom order, particularly names, spelling, dates, colours and other personalised information.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We take care when preparing and packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom and personalised items are also covered if they arrive damaged or faulty or do not match the agreed customisation. The exclusion above applies to change-of-mind returns only.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photographs of the item received.

We will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.
