Q&A WITH YOSHI KAWAI OF OCEAN STUDIO FIJI

I (Yoshi Kawai as Principal Photographer) and our team love finding your beautiful stories in our delightful surroundings of Fiji.

I am originally from Japan and I have been Fiji as my permanent residence for 23 years.

I have much international experiences such as working in USA as Sony cooperation employee for 3 years and studying English in Michigan for 6 months, spent Taiwan for 4 years at childhood, and I travelled all over the world when I was fascinated by scuba diving, I love and enjoy meeting people from over the world.

I wanted to create something with my own hands and be appreciated by customers. I found that being a photographer it is much more rewarding, so I created my own business.I’m lucky that I have made my childhood hobby into a successful job. It gives me a great sense of satisfaction.

It is a gift of our job to meet new people and celebrate and share your special day and doing our best job. To be appreciated by our customers, that is really lovely.

We have love, patience, understanding and expertise, and we enjoy your day together with your family and friends to tell your beautiful stories.
