In the native north on “Fiji’s other big island” of Vanua Levu, our 160-acre sanctuary was born of a nature lover’s dream. The tropical retreat is etched within a coconut plantation that’s encircled by rainforests at the edge of a stunning private lagoon. Our 50 private bures and villas are spacious, individually appointed and fully air-conditioned, ranging from on the water, adults only accommodations, to one, two and three-bedroom bures surrounded by the lush rainforest.

What does your resort offer to Brides & Grooms (services & experience)?
Imagine a picturesque setting, with the cerulean blue lagoon and the lush verdant rainforest as your backdrop, and the warm gentle smiles of our caring staff dedicated to creating exactly what you’ve envisioned for your special day. We offer a variety of wedding packages, each can be customized for our brides and grooms. With 25 or more paid resort guests, bride and groom will receive a complimentary 5 night stay in our exclusive Edgewater Bure, inclusive of continental breakfast daily. The Bride and Groom will also receive a complimentary travel concierge to assist with the travel plans of their guests providing one point of contact for bookings and to ensure a seamless wedding process from start to finish.
What are some of the things that make your resort unique?
The possibilities for your wedding are endless. Exchange vows by candlelight in your over the water pavilion, or on a grassy knoll overlooking the reefs and rainforest. Share a wedding kiss at sunset; or a beachfront ceremony at sunrise. Stand aside a rushing waterfall, or under a full moon glimmering across the South Pacific Waters. Our Edgewater Lagoon offers on-the-water accommodations, from our adults only Floating Bures and Edgewater Bures, to our family friendly Edgewater Villas there is something for every guest.

Our onsite wedding coordinator, Mela has helped to create dream weddings for over 15 years. From assistance with wedding documents, to the finer details of your ceremony and reception, she’ll be by your side every step of the way.

Our Rainforest Wedding Package offers the most unique backdrop for a traditional Fijian ceremony. Additional Wedding packages include: Traditional Wedding- Includes marriage ceremony, pageboy and flower girl in traditional Fijian dress, traditional Fijian warrior escort for the bride, Fijian choir, flowers for bride and groom, bridal toast (sparkling wine), single tier wedding cake, candlelight dinner, Traditional kava ceremony, Floral wedding turndown and breakfast in bed one morning. Do you have any recommendations for pre-wedding activities that can be arranged?
Spa days for bridal party, Welcome Cocktail party at the Mountain Top Villa, group Waterfall Excursions or guided snorkeling and kayaking tours.
What are the choices for the ceremony? I.e. chapels, beachfront, intimate, grand?
Rainforest, waterfront, poolside, mountain top villa, seaside patio, and private villas in the rainforest.
What sort of food & beverage packages are available?
Koro Sun offers continental breakfast with every reservation, with the option to upgrade to a Half Board or Full Board meal plan. We offer receptions at our Latitude 17 Restaurant or our Palm Grove Restaurant, depending on the size of your group, and have a range of themed buffets or seated plated meals with all menus can be customized.
Do you do honeymoon packages? What can make your honeymoon really special?
We offer several Romance packages that include couple’s massages in our Rainforest Spa, private candlelight dinners, breakfast delivered in bed, and much more!
