My professional experience in the wedding industry began twenty years ago where I was planning weddings and events within a number of top hotels in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and London. This then led to a move into catering, working for a well-known Sydney caterer organising high profile weddings and events at some of Sydney’s most unique venues.

I have had the pleasure of organising over 750 weddings from 2 – 500 guests, each with a unique style and varying budget.

I started Chelsea Jayne Weddings in 2008 after working in the wedding and events industry already for 13 years. We started out and only serviced weddings in Sydney, Hunter Valley and Southern Highlands.
In 2009 we visited the beautiful Island of Fiji and noticed what an amazing place this is to have a wedding. We visited all the Mainland and Mamanuca Island resorts looking at their wedding facilities, location, and accommodation for her future clients. Over the last eight years I have been specialising in destination weddings to Fiji building my relationships with the resorts and also local suppliers.

We will save you the stress and time by advising on and organizing everything you need. We only work with reputable suppliers to ensure reliability and quality of work. If you have ever heard of ‘Fiji Time’ you will be very glad to have a wedding planner who’s highly organized and who attends to your planning details and enquiries promptly!

Our Fiji Wedding Planning Package is a complete solution that includes too many services to list but it ensures your day (and the lead up to the wedding) will all be under control.

Ultimate Fiji Wedding Package
The Ultimate Fiji wedding planning package takes all of the stress and worry out of planning your wedding – we can do it all so you don’t have to worry about a thing for your special day. Includes the services of your Wedding Planner on your special day!

Finishing Touches Package
This is for the couple who have already begun the wedding planning process and have realised how difficult it is organising a destination wedding and require some expert assistance. We will discuss with you in length the services and items still needed for your wedding and help you arrange any remaining suppliers; we will also communicate with and reconfirm details with all hired suppliers and your chosen venue.
