Food in Fiji is a hot topic at the moment – with some of the finest chefs hitting Fiji’s resorts and islands, creating all things yum! Chefs are finding innovative ways of using fresh local produce and traditional recipes (infused by Fiji’s cultural influence) in contemporary style food. I had the pleasure of tasting some of their delights while I was over recently and thought what better way to re-create a memory than through food!
